Proficient administrative tasks: PC skills -Internet, MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and outlook. Excellent communication skills written/verbal digitally and in person are a must. Previous experience working with Mass Merchant Retailers is preferred. Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Read and analyze incoming emails, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and course of action.
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports. Provides historical records by maintaining records on customer sales, pricing and purchases.
- Based on Account Managers direction, adjusts content of sales presentations to new and existing customers based on account history and objectives of Sales Manager
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinates sales effort by following up with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Daily communication with supervisors, peers, or subordinates.
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work daily — Developing specific goals and plans to accomplish your work daily.
