This role will work with our retail customers to build a strong business relationship with Feit Electric. The position will be responsible for analyzing Feit’s online performance and identifying opportunities to improve product assortment, digital content and promotions.
- Work with retail customers to reviewing customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve the on-line experience. The ultimate goal is to improve the customer experience to lead to greater conversion rates and increased sales.
- Develop strategies and road maps of projects along with promotions.
- Develop metrics to measure results.
- Position is the primary contact to supply digital assets as needed.
- Sales & stock analysis and forecasting (strong Excel skills required)
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Web Operations, Merchandising, and E commerce.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adjust in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and work with others. Position will be dependent on support from other department to get the deliverables required.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Minimal overnight travel.
- Reports to Account Manager.
