How do I delete a bulb from the Feit Electric app?

In your Feit Electric app bulb screen, tap the menu (three dots) icon on the upper right of the screen, and select on the next screen “Remove Device.”

How do I delete a schedule?

On your Android device: tap and hold the desired schedule to bring up the Delete option.
On your Apple device: swipe left to bring up the Delete option.

What happens if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password in the Login screen of the Feit Electric app.

How do I delete my account?

Your account is automatically deactivated after six months of inactivity. To bring back your account, you can simply log back on to control your bulb.

Can I schedule in a specific color or brightness level?

This feature is not available in the Feit Electric app, but you can set it up using “routines” in the Alexa or Google apps.

How do I access bulb options (color, schedule, dim, etc.)?

In the Feit Electric app, from the main menu tap and hold the icon for your desired bulb for 3-5 seconds to bring up the bulb screen.

How do I change the bulb name?

In your Feit Electric app bulb screen, tap the menu (three dots) icon on the upper right of the screen, and select on the next screen “Modify Device Name.”

How do I create, manage or delete groups

In your Feit Electric app, from the main menu tap the “Group” icon on the bottom of the screen, then tap to select the group you want. Tap the menu (three dots) icon on the upper right of the screen to select group options.
