What You'll Do:

The Sales Coordinator/Business Analyst will work closely with assigned customer(s) and internal teams to support the account management team in increasing account sales. The Sales Coordinator / Business Analyst will carry out any tasks required by the account leader to successfully bid and execute new products in store as well as maintain the current book of business. The candidate is expected to become an expert in their assigned customer’s and internal processes necessary to complete said tasks. A successful candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong time management / organizational skills in this challenging position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Order Review: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Forecasting: takes data (replenishment/promotions/new items) from the customer / sales team and uploads into company template for Demand Planning team.
  • Internal Item Onboarding: creating new items with direction from account manager via the Intake and Item Kickoff process.
  • Internal Quotes: Prepare and manage quotes for order management on new and existing items.
  • Customer Item Onboarding: creating new items in customer portal with direction from account manager, either Feit Electric branded or in customer private label
  • Item Maintenance: Ensure the customer system is accurate on all items with correct dimensions, attributes, photos, etc.
  • Internal File Maintenance: Keep internal (including Master) files up to date, accurate and available to the team in a timely fashion.
  • Analysis: Analyze sales and/or inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Customer/Internal Reporting: Generate reports as requested by account manager and/or customer.
  • PLR (Product Lifecycle Review) Support: Assist in preparing sheets, decks, etc, as needed.
  • Samples: Coordinate sample requests for potential customer placement.
  • Communication: prompt responses on written and verbal requests from account manager, customer (store/buying team), etc prioritizing tasks based on urgency and feedback from the account manager
  • Prioritization: review tasks and open items
  • Coordinates efforts between cross-functional groups including but not limited to marketing, supply chain, accounting, sales, etc

 

Required Skills and Background:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities based on needs of the business.

 

            Additional Data: Please note that this position will be based mainly remote from home. We may require travel to our offices in McDonough, GA for team meetings and customer meetings in Greater Atlanta as part of the expectations of the position.
