Tips to Help You Adjust to Daylight Saving Time

Energize Your Body in the Morning

When you lose an hour of sleep you might feel a little groggy and you might be tempted to sleep in just a few more minutes. One way for your body to adjust to the new time is by using the Feit Electric app to preset it so your lights turn on when it’s time to get up so it’s harder to hit the snooze button. And rather than setting a schedule for each individual light that has to be updated with every time change, use automation so your lights turn ON automatically at sunrise using a more energizing light like Daylight 5000K. Cooler light is stimulating and makes you feel alert to take on your daily activities.  
Helpful Hint: Create groups to control multiple like devices at once.


Head Out the Door Quicker

When you’re rushing to get ready in the morning, the last thing you’ll want to do is take up too much time making your breakfast and coffee.
