The Opportunity:
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on operator who will own our company-wide transition to AI-augmented work. This is a newly created role at the intersection of strategy and execution — part chief of staff, part internal consultant, part AI coach.
You will work directly with our executive team and embed with each director and contributor to redesign how work gets done using Claude and other AI tools. You won't just advise — you will roll up your sleeves, build the workflows, and stay until each person is genuinely better at their job because of AI.
Who You'll Own:
Company-Wide AI Adoption

Develop and execute a phased AI adoption roadmap across all departments

Build a living playbook of AI use cases, prompt libraries, and best practices specific to each function

Track adoption, productivity impact, and ROI — report progress directly to leadership
Embedded Director & Team Enablement

Spend dedicated time with each director to map their workflows and identify the highest-leverage AI opportunities

Build custom Claude-powered workflows, automations, and tooling for each team

Run hands-on training sessions, 1:1 coaching, and group workshops

Be the go-to resource when anyone gets stuck or wants to go deeper
Strategy & Executive Partnership

Serve as a thought partner to the President on AI strategy, vendor selection, and capability building

Monitor the AI landscape and bring relevant new tools, models, and techniques to the team

Manage relationships with Anthropic and other AI vendors
Ideal Background:
Target Profile

2–5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (LEK, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar). You know how to come into a business, learn it fast, structure ambiguous problems, and drive change. Now you want to apply that rigor to something that will fundamentally transform how companies work.

Structured thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations Consulting pedigree

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary commensurate with consulting experience. Performance bonus tied to measurable AI adoption milestone. Full benefits package. Direct access to and mentorship from senior leadership.

Salary range $120,000.00 to $200,000.00
